57th Saslong Classic: These channels will broadcast live
The two speed competitions on the venerable Saslong are about to begin. When Dominik Paris and Co. compete for World Cup points at the foot of the Sassolungo/Langkofel from Friday, numerous TV channels will report live from Val Gardena/Gröden.
The super-G on Friday and the downhill classic on Saturday can be followed on TV or via a live stream. As in previous years, the established public “ski channels” RAI 2, ARD, ORF 1 and SRF 2 will offer full live coverage of the two races in Val Gardena/Gröden. The pan-European sports channel Eurosport will also show the double bill of speed events live on TV. A total of 18 TV stations from 15 countries will report from Val Gardena/Gröden in real time on both race days.
In addition to TV broadcasts, ski fans around the world will be able to watch the races on the Saslong via live stream. Over 15 online channels will broadcast the speed events live on the internet, making the recordings available to an international audience. For instance, for those following from the US, the two races will be broadcast live on https://skiandsnowboard.live. In addition, highlights from Val Gardena/Gröden are scheduled to be shown on numerous international news channels.
