Numerous TV stations report live from Val Gardena/Gröden
A downhill on Thursday, followed by a super-G on Friday and another downhill as the final highlight on Saturday: A full-on skiing extravaganza is guaranteed in the next few days at the 55th edition of the Saslong Classic. Numerous TV stations will be present at the speed events in Val Gardena/Gröden and will provide skiing enthusiasts around the globe with live footage.
The live broadcast will start on Thursday, when the downhill race that was cancelled in Beaver Creek will be made up for at 12 noon. In South Tyrol, the race - as well as the super-G on Friday and the downhill classic on Saturday - can be followed on the public broadcasters RAI 2, ORF 1, ZDF and SF 2. Eurosport, the Europe-wide free-to-air sports channel, will also broadcast all three events live.
In addition to the above channels, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Slovakian, Slovenian, Czech and Canadian television will also report live from the two downhill races and the super-G on the Saslong. In addition, the highlights of the speed events will be broadcast on countless news programs - whether public, private or pay TV.
