The downhill race of the ladies took place on the Saslong under blue skies and in perfect conditions.

The winner of the downhill is Ilka Stuhec from Slovenia, clocking a time of 1:22.81 minutes. Nicol Delago from Selva/Wolkenstein missed the home victory with just +0.14. It is her first-ever podium place in the World Cup. Ramona Siebenhofer from Austria completes the podium with the third place. Her racing time was 1:23.32 minutes. During the "Flower Award Ceremony”, the winners were given flowers and a “Luis Trenker” swag bag including clothes and accessories.
