The heroes of the 1970 World Cup in Val Gardena/Gröden celebrated in the Saslounge
On Friday evening, the "1970 World Ski Championship Anniversary Party" took place in the VIP tent Saslounge in the Saslong Stadium. Numerous ski legends, who wrote sporting history in Val Gardena/Gröden five decades ago, joined the festivities.
In a fitting atmosphere, the stars of that time looked back on the World Ski Championship of 50 years ago and revived the style of the 70s. With an exquisite dinner and pleasant music by the band 'The Giggers', the program also included a performance by comedian Lukas Lobis, who in his role as Kevin Kostner provided the entertainment. The numerous guests enjoyed the party and celebrated together with the ski legends until late into the night.
