Reimbursement of purchased tickets Confirmation of the event shall depend on the “snow check” with inspection by the FIS on 05/12/2025. If the event is cancelled on this date, the Organisation shall refund the price of the ticket excluding service commissions.
If the event is cancelled after FIS’s inspection on 05/12/2025 due to factors of force majeure (bad weather, snow, fog, wind), the ticket shall not be refunded and any request for reimbursement shall not be taken into consideration.

RACE Slope Saslong A:
closed from Sunday, 14.12.2025, 4:00 PM, until Wednesday, 24.12.2025, 8:00 AM
Saslong B:
open during race days on Thursday, 18.12.2025, Friday, 19.12.2025 and Saturday, 20.12.2025; A ticket is required
Slope „La Ciampinoi“:
closed from Monday, 15.12.2025, 8:00 AM, until Saturday, 20.12.2025, 1:00 PM (the duration of the race may vary)
Slope 4 + Slope 5 Ciampinoi:
open (without entrance ticket)
Gardena Ronda Express: On Thursday, 18.12., Friday, 19.12. and Saturday, 20.12.2025 until 2 PM accessible only to skiers in possession of a ticket for the FIS World Cup races held on the Saslong slope (tickets available at the cash desk at the entrance of the Gardena Ronda Express).
For skiers without a ticket, there will be a free shuttle bus service from 9 AM to 2 PM, which will take them at 30-minute intervals from the Col Raiser valley station to the Ciampinoi valley station in Selva Val Gardena. There will also be a shuttle bus from 9 AM to 2 PM from Dosses square to Col Raiser cable car.
Buses will run on the following routes:
BUS 1: COL RAISER – CIAMPINOI – COL RAISER continuously from 9 AM to 2 PM
BUS 2: DOSSES – COL RAISER – DOSSES continuously from 9 AM to 2 PM
