It was all about past and current ski champions at tonight’s celebration with entertainment provided by the “Song and Dance Ensemble Mukienkoâ€� in a beautiful setting of Antonius Square.  Honouring the Overall World Cup Champions, celebrating the winners of Friday’s Super G and handing out Saturday’s downhill start numbers are but a few of the highlights of the evening which was ably moderated by Mr. Gernot Mussner.  The Ski World Cup’s forty-year- history was passed in review in the presence of Mr. Gian Franco Kasper, FIS President, Mr. Gaetano Coppi, FISI President and Mr. Erich Demetz, Chairman of the Alpine World Cup. The Christmas song “Stille Nacht / Silent Nightâ€� got everyone in the mood of the upcoming holidays.
