The two-times winner of the Fan Club competition, the Christof Innerhofer Fan Club, has claimed its 1st prize on September 4th which consisted of an enjoyable hike through the Dolomite mountains of Gardena/Gröden.

Infront TV professionals have paid a visit to the Saslong World Cup course Tuesday, august 31st  to decide on the positioning of the TV cameras for the upcoming Super-G and the Downhill races. An additional camera will be capturing the skiers on the renowned Hump Backs:

The super-G race is scheduled for Friday, 12/17 and the classic downhill race for Saturday, 12/18.

Srecko Medven, the Secretary General of the World Cup Kranjska Gora has become the new president of the Club5. Medven was unanimously elected by all 13 members at the FIS Congress in Antalya (Turkey).

The ski sport director from Gardena-Gröden Erich Demetz has been confirmed unanimously in his role as chairman of the FIS World Cup Committee on Saturday, June 5th 2010 at the 47th FIS Congress in Antalya, Turkey.
